Band Website

This project aims to provide local bands with a tailored, all-in-one platform for selling merch, promoting gigs and sharing music with fans. Many bands do not have the time or knowledge to develop unique websites for themselves, so I thought this would be a great opportunity to support local musicians. I am a music nerd at heart, so developing this project was a lot of fun and has further enhanced my web development skills. The project encompasses backend and frontend frameworks including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and SQL.

The merchandise page displays products from the database and allows users to search for items and add them to their cart for checkout. They will also receive an order summary via email once checked out. The database captures user data so that the band can organise product shipping.
